Karl re-recorded the science fiction film Dredd in 2012 (remember the Stallone version?). The actor wore a helmet throughout the film, in addition to undergoing military training to portray the comic book character by John Wagner and Carlos Ezquerra. Urban didn’t even appear in the film and yet he rocked the performance. (in the good sense)
